What do we really know about the life of the flower after dark? During day light hours the flower is obvious and beautiful for all to see. Yet, at night, when no one is looking, the flower has another life, one that is not fully understood. Through these images I have attempted to reveal the life of the flower after dark. Great care was taken to set the camera in a hidden location, on a remote shutter released, in an effort remain invisible to the flower. Now, through these images I can reveal the mysterious life of the flower after dark. Some of the images are frankly distributing and surprising. The viewer is free to draw their own conclusions. For me however, conclusions based on these images are not definitive. Further work is required before we can fully understand the life of the flower ‘After Dark’. - JG

Like everyone else I'm knocked about by these photos. I'm glad in a way that it's taken a lot of work to get to this stage - it must make your achievement all the more rewarding. I hope they bring you the recognition and success you deserve. Best wishes Jem.
